What Lifeline Means To Me
By Hayley B
Lifeline means a lot to me because if I hadn’t found this place, I’d probably be in a shelter or doing all the bad things that I leaned on before coming here. I’ve grown so much in my faith and being surrounded by caring, godly people who love, care, and help me learn how to be strong, and take care of myself.
Lifeline has helped me create a healthy and stable environment for my beautiful daughter and that’s one of the biggest blessings in my life. To know she has a bed, gets a bath every single night, and has a full tummy.
Lifeline is also helping me with school and teaching me how to pay bills so that when I leave here I can be prepared to care for my little family. There’s not enough words in the world to even describe how amazing this program is, and how it feels to finally have a family. Another reason I really like Lifeline is because they teach me how to be a responsible adult and how to care for my baby in a godly way instead of a selfish worldly way. I’m so grateful, but over all I thank God for showing me Lifeline.
